It's super clean and they don't have any issues with the maintenance. They just don't have a lot of available availability for my dad. The staff that we met, like the nurses, seemed to know what they were talking about during the tour. My brother is in West Oak Rehab and Healthcare Center, and it is a very good facility. However, there is an unfortunate experience; somebody robbed my brother, but no one knows what happened.
